We took advantage of the day off yesterday to head to the new California Academy of Sciences (well us and a few other thousand people).
After standing in line to get in for over an hour in the rain we finally made it. The building is very impressive especially with all it’s “green” attributes. The exhibits were wonderful. Though we were disappointed that we couldn’t get into the planetarium because of the crowds and we also opted out of waiting in another long line to go into the Rain Forest. Sorry after standing in another line just to get lunch we had pretty much hit our crowd quota for the day.
We’ll definitely go back when things get a little less crowded there to see the planetarium and rain forest.
